Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and consultative Recruitment Consultant, the full-time remote position will manage the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and recommending candidates while building strong client relationships and utilizing innovative recruitment strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the selection process by assessing candidates, conducting initial phone screens, and facilitating interviews
• Build and maintain a strong network of candidates through market research and proactive recruitment strategies
• Consult with hiring managers on final selections and recruitment processes to ensure client satisfaction and meet hiring goals

Required qualifications

• Proven ability to perform all aspects of recruiting in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
• Strong client focus with a commitment to continuous improvement
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and strong social media presence
• Demonstrated computer proficiency, including intermediate MS Office skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing directions and priorities
