Recruitment Consultant

Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and consultative Recruitment Consultant, the full-time remote position will manage the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates while building strong client relationships and delivering excellent candidate experiences.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee the selection process, including candidate assessment, initial screenings, and interview facilitation
• Build and maintain a strong network of candidates through market research and proactive recruitment strategies
• Consult with hiring managers on candidate selections, compensation, and recruitment processes to ensure client satisfaction

Required qualifications:

• Proven experience in all aspects of recruiting, including market research and passive sourcing
• Strong client focus with a commitment to continuous improvement and exceeding performance goals
• Ability to effectively communicate and manage recruiting pipelines
• Demonstrated proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and social media for recruitment
• Strong time prioritization skills and adaptability to changing priorities
