Job Summary
A company is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to support its talent acquisition process.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Support recruiters and hiring managers with administrative tasks and assist in onboarding processes
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, managing complex calendar logistics and maintaining the ATS
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, HR Management, Communications, or related field
- 1-3+ years of experience as a recruiting coordinator or in a similar administrative role
- Proven experience in managing complex scheduling and calendars
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., JazzHR, Greenhouse, Lever)
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
