Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to support its talent acquisition process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Support recruiters and hiring managers with administrative tasks and assist in onboarding processes
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, managing complex calendar logistics and maintaining the ATS
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, HR Management, Communications, or related field
  • 1-3+ years of experience as a recruiting coordinator or in a similar administrative role
  • Proven experience in managing complex scheduling and calendars
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., JazzHR, Greenhouse, Lever)
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
