Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Recruiting Coordinator to support the Talent Acquisition team in managing the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication
  • Manage interview logistics and serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Assist with onboarding activities and perform general administrative duties related to recruitment
Qualifications
  • 0-1 year of relevant experience in recruitment coordination, HR, or administrative support
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ATS Greenhouse required
  • Positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow within the recruitment field
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive candidate information professionally
