Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contract Recruiting Coordinator to support the Talent Acquisition team in managing the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication
- Manage interview logistics and serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Assist with onboarding activities and perform general administrative duties related to recruitment
Qualifications
- 0-1 year of relevant experience in recruitment coordination, HR, or administrative support
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ATS Greenhouse required
- Positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow within the recruitment field
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive candidate information professionally
