Job Summary
A company is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to support learner recruitment and screening for a remote employability training program.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for applicants and manage outreach activities to source prospective learners
- Support learner documentation, onboarding, and collaborate with the marketing team on digital recruitment efforts
- Coordinate with digital teams to maintain recruitment tools and ensure adherence to policies and guidelines
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in participant recruitment, marketing, or outreach, preferably in a nonprofit or educational context
- Strong relationship-building skills and experience in analyzing data for operational decisions
- Experience in digital marketing or outreach, including content creation and social media management is preferred
- Familiarity with learning management systems, Salesforce, and Google Workspace is advantageous
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment and adapt to a fast-paced setting
