Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Coordinator to manage recruitment and onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume, entry-level roles, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding logistics and serve as the point of contact for new hires during pre-boarding
  • Support employer branding efforts and maintain organized ATS records while reporting on key recruiting metrics
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in a Recruiting, HR, or People Operations/Coordinator role
  • Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools for creating recruitment materials
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus
