Job Summary

Managing the applicant tracking system, the full-time remote Recruitment Coordinator will facilitate candidate recruitment, collaborate with recruiters, and support hiring managers through the recruitment process.

Key responsibilities
  • Facilitates the recruitment process by providing administrative and logistical support to the Recruiter
  • Sources, reviews resumes, interviews candidates, and manages the applicant tracking system
  • Extracts and presents information to assist hiring managers in decision-making and updates the ATS with new hire statuses
Required qualifications
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of recruiting or administration experience
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting processes and employment policies
  • Proficient in sourcing techniques and use of sourcing technologies
  • Demonstrated experience in making sound decisions and handling confidential information
