Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time remote Recruitment Coordinator will manage the applicant tracking system, facilitate candidate recruitment, and collaborate with recruiters to streamline the hiring process.

Key responsibilities
  • Facilitates the recruitment process by providing administrative and logistical support to the Recruiter
  • Sources, reviews resumes, conducts interviews, and manages candidate selection and onboarding
  • Extracts and analyzes information to assist hiring managers in decision-making and updates the applicant tracking system
Required qualifications
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of recruiting or administrative experience
  • Professional experience in staffing agencies, particularly in healthcare, is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting processes and sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches
  • Proven record of successful recruiting on a national, multi-location level preferred
