Job Summary

To support a high-volume hiring process, the full-time contract Recruitment Coordinator will manage candidate engagement, serve as the primary liaison throughout the recruitment lifecycle, and collaborate with various teams while working in a hybrid environment in Dallas, Texas.

Key responsibilities
  • Design and implement creative outreach initiatives to maintain high levels of candidate engagement
  • Guide candidates through the hiring journey, providing status updates and assistance with the security clearance process
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Frontline Operations teams to monitor background clearances and facilitate onboarding
Required qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, candidate care, customer success, or professional hospitality
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Workday, and the Google Workspace suite
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a warm and empathetic tone
  • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently
  • A proactive mindset to anticipate needs and resolve candidate concerns effectively
