Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for high-volume roles, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and use data to drive continuous improvement in recruitment strategies
  • Collaborate with HR and operational teams to adapt recruitment processes to meet tournament requirements and ensure personnel deployment
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
  • 5-7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR/Workforce functions
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with a deep knowledge of modern recruitment technologies
  • Demonstrated ability to project manage and work independently in a high-volume environment
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish and/or French is a plus
