Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruitment Manager (Remote) to develop and execute talent strategies for clinic and outpatient services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals
  • Lead a team of recruiters and oversee the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure recruitment success and ensure an exceptional candidate experience
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required
  • 4-6 years of experience in talent acquisition, workforce planning, or human resources required
  • 1-3 years of management or leadership experience overseeing recruitment or talent management teams required
  • Knowledge of employment laws, compliance standards, and DEI principles in talent management
  • PHR or SHRM-CP preferred
