Recruitment Manager

Job Summary

Managing the full-cycle recruitment function, the full-time Recruitment Manager will partner with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies, screen candidates, and coordinate onboarding processes, with the flexibility to work remotely or from New York or Miami.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from initial intake through offer and onboarding
• Develop sourcing strategies and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future openings
• Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, and onboarding activities in collaboration with HR

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• At least four years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technology
