Job Summary
A nonprofit healthcare system has an open position for a Recruitment Marketing Campaign Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leading bi-weekly key stakeholder calls to discuss campaign performance
- Initiating, planning, and coordinating marketing campaigns
- Developing effective marketing mix to reach recruitment goals
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Proven experience managing multi-channel marketing and sourcing campaigns
- Understanding of recruitment funnel and metrics
- High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required
- Ability to utilize campaign and market intel data to develop top of funnel marketing strategies
- Awareness of trends and innovations within the recruitment marketing space
