Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement multi-channel communication plans to engage students at different stages
• Build and manage role-based communities to foster connection and reduce attrition
• Design and execute a comprehensive engagement strategy to convert interested students into placed candidates

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment marketing, preferably in Healthcare
• Proficiency in developing and executing scaled marketing plans
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in HubSpot
• Experience in engaging with students both individually and at scale
• Motivated by expanding access to meaningful work in early-stage environments
