Job Summary

Leading a team of Recruitment Operations Partners, the full-time remote Recruitment Operations Manager will oversee recruiting operations, enhance processes, and ensure data integrity across systems while maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Recruitment Operations Partners, focusing on performance management and development planning
• Own and manage recruiting operations for assigned business areas, including scheduling, candidate communication, and sourcing support
• Improve recruiting processes and candidate experience through the development of SOPs and operational enhancements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
• 5+ years of experience in recruiting operations
• 1-3+ years of people leadership experience
• Experience supporting clinical or technical roles
• Physician recruiting support experience is highly preferred
