Recruitment Operations Partner

Job Summary

To enhance recruiting efficiency, the full-time remote Recruitment Operations Partner will optimize recruiting operations, improve candidate experience, and support recruiter productivity through process execution and operational insights.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end interview operations, including scheduling, candidate communications, and stakeholder coordination
• Support candidate sourcing efforts by partnering with recruiters to build and maintain talent pipelines
• Evaluate and improve recruiting workflows and sourcing processes to enhance speed, quality, and candidate experience

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3-5 years of experience in recruiting operations, coordination, or talent operations
• Knowledge of recruiting operations and sourcing practices, including applicant tracking systems and CRM tools
• Experience with scheduling, candidate communication, and process documentation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and recruiting technologies
