Job Summary
To enhance recruiting efficiency and candidate experience, the full-time remote Recruitment Operations Partner will manage end-to-end interview operations, support candidate sourcing efforts, and evaluate recruiting workflows while collaborating with various stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Own and streamline interview operations, including scheduling and candidate communications
- Support candidate sourcing and maintain talent pipelines in partnership with recruiters
- Evaluate and improve recruiting workflows and sourcing processes for better efficiency and quality
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years of experience in recruiting operations, coordination, or talent operations
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and customer relationship management tools
- Experience in process documentation and reporting
- Skill in scheduling, candidate communication, and data accuracy
