Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruitment Partner to lead and manage candidate recruitment for an apprenticeship program in New Jersey.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute the apprentice recruitment strategy
• Partner with school districts to identify hiring priorities and guide candidate placement
• Oversee the full application cycle from review to selection and onboarding

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in talent recruitment, HR, workforce development, or educator preparation
• Knowledge of NJ school district HR systems or teacher certification pathways (preferred)
• Experience with applicant tracking systems or CRM tools is a plus
• New Jersey residency or deep knowledge of the NJ education landscape (preferred)
