Recruitment Sourcing Specialist

Job Summary

To support the Physician and Provider Recruitment team, the full-time Recruitment Sourcing Specialist will identify, attract, and engage prospective physician and advanced practice provider candidates through various sourcing channels and networking strategies while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive sourcing activities to build pipelines of qualified physician and APP talent
• Maintain talent pools that support strategic staffing and workforce planning initiatives
• Create and execute sourcing plans for recruitment events and manage candidate leads generated through outreach initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, workforce planning, or a related field
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office products
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
