Job Summary

To support a growing team, the part-time Recruitment Specialist will source passive candidates, manage inbound applications, and conduct first-round interviews in a fully remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Source passive candidates through tailored outreach and convert them into applicants
• Manage inbound applications and ensure candidates progress through the hiring process within 48 hours
• Run first-round screening interviews using a structured rubric and track recruiting metrics weekly

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience with a focus on sourcing passive candidates
• Proficiency in at least one modern ATS, such as Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever
• Strong writing skills for outreach that generates responses
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple candidates effectively
• Honesty about candidate quality and willingness to provide candid feedback
