Job Summary

Managing the full recruitment cycle, the mid-level Recruitment Specialist will build relationships with hiring managers and candidates while developing strategies to attract top talent in a remote contract position.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring teams to create and implement effective recruitment strategies for regional operations
• Oversee the complete recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection to ensure timely hiring
• Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's visibility in the talent market
