Recruitment Specialist

Job Summary

To support NORY's growth, the part-time remote Recruitment Specialist will source passive candidates, manage inbound applications, and conduct initial screening interviews while collaborating with hiring managers across various departments.

Key responsibilities

• Source passive candidates through tailored outreach and convert them into applicants
• Manage inbound applications and ensure candidates progress through the hiring process within 48 hours
• Conduct first-round screening interviews using a structured rubric and track recruiting metrics weekly

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience with a focus on sourcing passive candidates
• Proven ability to write effective outreach messages that elicit responses
• Familiarity with modern ATS platforms, preferably Ashby, and proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple candidates and processes efficiently
• Honesty in evaluating candidate quality and willingness to provide candid feedback
