Job Summary
To support the Talent Acquisition team, the full-time Recruitment Specialist will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, develop recruitment strategies, and partner with leaders to attract and hire top talent while primarily working remotely with occasional onsite visits in St. Paul, Minnesota.
Key responsibilities
- Leads recruitment activities for various job levels, including allied health, business, and technical professions
- Conducts strategy meetings with hiring managers to clarify processes and provide updates on recruitment efforts
- Serves as a subject matter expert on recruitment trends and tools, ensuring accountability for measurable results
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field, or 4 years of recruitment experience in healthcare or related fields
- At least 2 years of recruitment experience
- Experience with process improvement
- Fluency in at least one applicant tracking system
