Key responsibilities
- Source passive candidates through tailored outreach and convert them into applicants
- Manage inbound applications, ensuring candidates progress through the process within 48 hours
- Run first-round screening interviews using a structured rubric and track recruiting metrics weekly
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of recruiting experience with a focus on sourcing passive candidates
- Proficient in writing effective outreach messages with proven examples
- Familiarity with modern ATS systems, such as Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever
- Highly organized with a systematic approach to managing candidates
- Honest assessment of candidate quality, prioritizing fit over quantity
