Recruitment Specialist

Job Summary

To expand a network of disability service providers, the full-time Recruitment Specialist will conduct outreach, guide organizations through the application process, and maintain a pipeline of approved Employment Networks while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outreach to community rehabilitation providers and disability service organizations
• Build and maintain a pipeline to support up to 30 approved Employment Network applications annually
• Present the program to provider audiences through webinars, conferences, and site visits

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum five years of experience working with the disability community at a community rehabilitation provider or disability service provider
• Demonstrated success in building partnerships or provider relationships
• Strong presentation skills in virtual and in-person settings
• Established network within the vocational rehabilitation or disability services community
