Job Summary

To support NORY's growth, the part-time remote Recruitment Specialist will source passive candidates, manage inbound applications, and conduct initial screening to fill priority openings across various departments.

Key responsibilities

• Source passive candidates through tailored outreach and convert them into applicants
• Manage inbound applications, ensuring candidates are processed within 48 hours
• Conduct first-round screening interviews using a structured rubric

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, with a focus on sourcing passive candidates
• Proficiency in at least one modern ATS (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever) and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Demonstrated ability to write effective outreach that garners responses
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple candidates and processes efficiently
• Honesty in evaluating candidate quality, prioritizing fit over quantity
