Recruitment Specialist

Job Summary

A company in the business services industry is looking for a Recruitment Specialist.

Position Responsibilities:

• Learn business needs to set and meet hiring goals
• Talk to a wide variety of internal hiring managers and support staff, as well as external candidates
• Cold call and prospect candidates to increase pipeline and class fill rates

Required Qualifications:

• Proven proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, CRMs, and other online resources for information
• One to three years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or recruiting (preferred)
• Experience in using social media/social selling for prospecting (preferred)
• Experience with SuccessFactors (preferred)
• Experience with other sourcing tools such as Indeed, LinkedIn Jobs, etc. (preferred)
