Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruitment Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support an equitable and transparent hiring process for open positions
• Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a diverse candidate pipeline
• Collaborate with supervisors and new hires to ensure accountability in the onboarding process

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of recruiting experience and managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process
• Deep commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
• Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment of a wide variety of roles
• Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases
• Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
