Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle sourcing and recruiting for various mental health roles
• Manage outreach campaigns and candidate pipelines to engage potential hires
• Track and analyze recruiting KPIs and data to inform hiring strategies

Qualifications

• Proven experience recruiting for BCBAs, Supervisors, and BT roles in the behavioral or mental health field
• Strong working knowledge of recruitment platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn
• Prior experience recruiting in a mental health or healthcare setting (preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Reliable computer, workspace, and internet connection (required)
