Recruitment Strategist

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time remote Recruitment Strategist will build relationships with advocacy groups, consult on custom panel feasibility, and serve as an advanced recruitment resource for specialized respondent populations across various project types.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with advocacy groups and professional associations to generate qualified respondents
• Consult on feasibility for projects requiring custom panel builds and execute the panel build upon project award
• Provide support and mentorship to recruiters, assisting with outreach and lead generation efforts

Required qualifications

• 3-5+ years of market research recruitment experience, preferably across general and specialty recruitment
• Experience in building or supporting custom recruitment panels and community outreach
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with outreach platforms like ZoomInfo and RocketReach
• Comfort with emerging technologies, including AI tools for recruitment efficiency
• Basic medical terminology knowledge is a plus for supporting healthcare projects
