Job Summary
Supporting the Workforce Administration team, the full-time remote Recruitment System Support Specialist will manage the recruitment process using Taleo, assist with onboarding new hires, and resolve complex inquiries related to hiring and employee onboarding.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in creating and posting job requisitions in Taleo and securing necessary approvals
- Support the onboarding process by guiding new hires through document completion and I-9 verification
- Develop and maintain standard reports, suggesting process improvements based on findings
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
- Minimum of one year of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or new hire onboarding
- Experience using talent management systems or HRIS systems
- Administrative processes experience
- Customer service experience
