Job Summary

Supporting the Workforce Administration team, the full-time remote Recruitment System Support Specialist will manage the recruitment process using Taleo, assist with onboarding new hires, and resolve complex inquiries related to hiring and employee onboarding.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist in creating and posting job requisitions in Taleo and securing necessary approvals
  • Support the onboarding process by guiding new hires through document completion and I-9 verification
  • Develop and maintain standard reports, suggesting process improvements based on findings
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Minimum of one year of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or new hire onboarding
  • Experience using talent management systems or HRIS systems
  • Administrative processes experience
  • Customer service experience
