Required Qualifications and Education

• Experience in full-cycle recruitment in dynamic, fast-paced environments
• Talent acquisition experience in the pharmaceutical, CRO, biotechnology, or healthcare sectors
• Advanced English proficiency is essential
• Knowledge of another language is a plus
