Job Summary

To drive operational success in a remote environment, the full-time Recurring Care Coordinator will coordinate nursing care by interfacing with specialty pharmacies, nurses, and patients, ensuring efficient scheduling and communication for seamless care delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule nursing visits for patients using proprietary technology and third-party platforms
• Manage approximately 40 Zendesk tickets and handle up to 30 inbound calls per shift
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and enhance operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of experience with medical scheduling
• Prior experience in healthcare or familiarity with medical terminology is strongly preferred
• Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate multiple platforms
• Highly organized with strong time management skills
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate complex information empathetically
