Recurring Care Coordinator

Job Summary

To support operational success in a growing healthcare startup, the full-time Recurring Care Coordinator will manage nursing care coordination by interfacing with specialty pharmacies, nurses, and patients, ensuring timely scheduling and communication while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize proprietary technology and third-party platforms to schedule nursing visits for patients
• Respond to and manage approximately 40 Zendesk tickets and answer up to 30 inbound calls per shift
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track data and provide feedback for process improvements

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of experience with medical scheduling
• Prior experience in healthcare or familiarity with medical terminology is strongly preferred
• Highly organized with strong time management skills
• Tech-savvy and confident in navigating multiple platforms
• A mindset geared toward continuous improvement and operational efficiency
