Recurring Care Coordinator

Job Summary

As a vital part of the team, the full-time Recurring Care Coordinator will coordinate nursing care by interfacing with specialty pharmacies, nurses, and patients while managing scheduling tasks and communications in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule nursing visits for patients using proprietary technology and third-party platforms
• Manage approximately 40 Zendesk tickets and answer up to 30 inbound calls per shift, ensuring timely resolutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track data and identify opportunities for process improvements

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of experience with medical scheduling
• Prior experience in healthcare or familiarity with medical terminology is strongly preferred
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly
• Highly organized with strong time management and critical thinking abilities
• Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating multiple platforms simultaneously
