Recurring Care Coordinator

Job Summary

To drive operational success in a remote environment, the full-time Recurring Care Coordinator will manage nursing care coordination by interfacing with specialty pharmacies, nurses, and patients while ensuring timely scheduling and communication for patient visits.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize proprietary technology and third-party platforms to schedule nursing visits for patients
• Respond to and manage approximately 40 Zendesk tickets and answer up to 30 inbound calls per shift
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track data and identify opportunities for process improvements

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of experience with medical scheduling
• Prior experience in healthcare or familiarity with medical terminology is strongly preferred
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate complex information empathetically
• Highly organized with strong time management skills to handle competing priorities
• Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating multiple platforms simultaneously
