Recurring Care Specialist

Job Summary

As a full-time Recurring Care Specialist working remotely, the candidate will coordinate nursing care by interfacing with specialty pharmacies, nurses, and patients, ensuring timely scheduling and communication to support seamless care delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Use proprietary technology to schedule nursing visits and manage approximately 40 Zendesk tickets per shift
• Answer up to 30 inbound calls per shift from pharmacies, patients, and nurses, ensuring accurate and timely communication
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track data and provide feedback for process improvements

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of experience with medical scheduling
• Prior experience in healthcare or familiarity with medical terminology is strongly preferred
• Highly organized with strong time management skills
• Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating multiple platforms
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly
