Job Summary
To support operational success in a remote environment, the full-time Recurring Care Specialist will coordinate nursing care by managing scheduling and communication with specialty pharmacies, nurses, and patients, while handling high volumes of inquiries and ensuring seamless care delivery.
Key responsibilities:
- Utilize proprietary technology and third-party platforms to schedule nursing visits for patients
- Manage approximately 40 Zendesk tickets and answer up to 30 inbound calls per shift, ensuring timely resolution and communication
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track data, share insights, and propose process improvements for operational efficiency
Required qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience with medical scheduling
- Prior experience in healthcare or familiarity with medical terminology is strongly preferred
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and empathetically
- Highly organized with strong time management skills to handle competing priorities
- Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating multiple platforms simultaneously
