Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Recurring Giving Conversion Specialist will manage payment migration processes, ensure data integrity, and communicate effectively across teams to enhance payment experiences for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal and external teams to handle payment migration processes
• Oversee data transformation and migration processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Establish relationships with external payment processors and implement best practices

Required qualifications

• Experience in documenting and maintaining payment policies and procedures
• Strong ability to communicate technical information to diverse audiences
• Independent self-starter with effective schedule management skills
• Eagerness to learn new skills such as SQL and advanced Excel
