Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sustainability or Environmental related field; Master's degree preferred
• At least five years of experience in sustainability, recycling, or waste management
• Proven track record of managing high-impact projects in waste diversion and sustainability
• Experience in stakeholder management and leading cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
