Red Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Red Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help establish in-house offensive testing capabilities and shape red team activities
• Partner with various teams to define and maintain the red team program and technology stack
• Continually assess enterprise and products for risks, develop processes, and communicate findings to stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• Meet FedRAMP access requirements
• 6+ years of relevant work experience, including 3 years in red team
• Thorough understanding of complex enterprise systems and cybersecurity trends
• Experience with Red Team/Purple Team scenarios and a proactive mindset for driving change
• Strong analytical skills, decision-making abilities, and a solution-oriented approach
