Red Team Manager

Job Summary

Leading a high-performing offensive security program, the full-time remote Red Team Manager will oversee complex red team engagements, guide operators in advanced TTP development, and collaborate with Blue, Purple, and CTI teams to enhance defensive effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Direct all red team operations, ensuring alignment with mission objectives and disciplined execution
• Provide strategic leadership to red team operators, setting standards and operational doctrine without hands-on execution
• Oversee planning, risk management, and operational workflows for all offensive engagements

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in cybersecurity with a focus on offensive security operations
• Deep understanding of offensive security methodologies and adversary emulation frameworks
• Proven experience in designing and overseeing complex offensive security engagements in enterprise environments
• Strong program-building capability, including roadmap development and process engineering
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing red team personnel and coaching in tradecraft development
