Red Team Operator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Red Team Operator specializing in malware development.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive red team engagements targeting associates, processes, and technologies
• Develop custom tools and scripts to fulfill red team mission objectives
• Produce detailed reports outlining vulnerabilities, risks, and recommended mitigation strategies

Required Qualifications

• At least six years of experience in technical and information security roles
• A minimum of three years in malware development and red team tooling development
• Experience in creating custom beacon object files and position-independent coding
• Knowledge of CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and automation technologies
• Demonstrated experience developing custom red team tools using low-level programming languages, primarily C and/or C++
