Red Team Operator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Red Team Operator to conduct advanced adversary emulation operations against real-world targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the design, development, and execution of Red Team operations
• Conduct independent vulnerability research and provide remediation recommendations
• Develop technical reports and support the offensive capabilities team

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of Cyber Security experience
• 3 years of offensive focused experience (Red Teaming, Purple Teaming, Penetration Testing)
• Hands-on experience during multiple Red Team engagements
• Experience with common Penetration Testing and Red Team Tools
