Red Team Security Consultant

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Red Team Security Consultant will provide cybersecurity consulting services, conduct red and purple team assessments, and advise clients on security practices while leveraging offensive security techniques.

Key responsibilities

• Perform red and purple team assessments, including assumed breach and ransomware readiness reviews
• Conduct external and internal wireless assessments, as well as web and mobile application testing
• Develop comprehensive reports and presentations for both technical and executive audiences

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field
• 3 years of experience with penetration testing and red teaming functions
• Experience with tools used for wireless, web application, and network security testing
• Familiarity with offensive security certifications such as OSCP or relevant SANS courses is preferred
• Proven ability to develop documentation and explain technical details concisely
