Red Team Security Specialist

Job Summary

To support cybersecurity initiatives, the full-time Red Team Security Specialist will execute authorized red team activities, conduct hands-on testing across various environments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and remediate security weaknesses in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Execute red team and adversary emulation activities to identify vulnerabilities in processes and technology
• Conduct reconnaissance and exploitation of identified weaknesses, including social engineering simulations
• Document findings and collaborate with senior team members to improve defensive controls and reporting

Required qualifications

• 3-6 years of hands-on experience in offensive security, red teaming, or advanced penetration testing
• Strong understanding of attack lifecycle and experience with Windows, Active Directory, and identity attacks
• Practical experience using offensive security tools and scripting in PowerShell, Python, or Bash
• Ability to produce clear technical documentation and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Exposure to cloud security testing and familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK framework is a plus
