Job Summary

A company is looking for a Red Teaming Specialist - English and Chinese.

Key Responsibilities

Complete training on AI/ML, LLMs, Red Teaming, and project requirements
Craft prompts to bypass filters on LLMs and identify vulnerabilities
Collaborate with team members and adapt to dynamic project needs

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Associate's degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience; advanced degrees preferred
Professional or Expert level proficiency in English and Simplified Chinese (C1/C2)
Strong understanding of grammar, syntax, and semantics
Ability to handle sensitive material related to AI vulnerabilities
Self-motivated with a creative approach to problem-solving
