A company is looking for a Red Teaming Specialist - English and Chinese.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete extensive training on AI/ML, LLMs, Red Teaming, and jailbreaking
• Craft prompts to bypass filters on LLMs and target specific vulnerabilities
• Collaborate with language specialists and data scientists to conduct model attacks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree with at least 1 year of relevant industry experience; advanced degrees preferred
• Professional or Expert level proficiency (C1/C2) in English and Simplified Chinese
• Strong understanding of grammar, syntax, and semantics
• Ability to adapt to dynamic project needs and evolving AI capabilities
• Experience in crafting prompts and meeting productivity targets
