Job Summary

A company is looking for a Red Teaming Specialist Team Lead- English and Chinese.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and inspire a team of Gen AI Red Teaming Specialists to achieve optimal performance
Oversee the lifecycle of internal audits, from planning and implementation to feedback and re-auditing
Develop and update comprehensive training programs aligned with industry standards and best practices

Required Qualifications

Advanced degree in humanities/social sciences preferred; Bachelor's degree or 3 years of relevant experience acceptable
2+ years of experience in a quality control environment
Strong practical experience with Excel (PivotTable, Charts, Statistical functions)
Experience with Tableau/Power BI or similar tools is a plus
Experience with Python for automation is a plus
