REDCap System Administrator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a REDCap System Admin for a 12-month remote contract position.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and optimize the REDCap platform and associated cloud infrastructure
• Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and project access while ensuring system performance and reliability
• Collaborate with leadership and technical teams to support data collection, automation, and reporting initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of hands-on REDCap management experience in enterprise regulated environments
• 3 years of expertise in core REDCap features, including project setup and user management
• Experience with cloud-hosted REDCap operations, specifically in Azure or AWS environments
• Technical foundation in PHP, MySQL, and Linux-based systems
• Strong understanding of authentication frameworks and data security best practices
